What make a good website of the day?
Three things:
1.) It should be a free site that entertains or provides information. It should not be a payed membership site or a site whose primary purpose is to sell things.
2.) The site should be unique in some way. There are 1000 general humor sites out there for example. What separates one site from the rest?
3.) The site should have a good descriptive “about” page or section. If we can’t figure out what the site is all about after visiting it for minute or two, it will get passed over.
Why are my comments not showing up or why do they keep getting deleted?
We have received an influx of spam recently and because of this we no longer allow comments with links. Also we have banned the brand names of several common prescription drugs which frequently show up in spam comments. If your comment is relevant to topic at hand, contains no links, contains no names of medication, and still isn’t getting through please send an email to: info@wastemoretimeonline.com.
When are you going to post a new Website of the Day?
New posts happen Monday through Friday between 12:00 and 1:00 A.M. Pacific time.

My site has already been featured but the description is inaccurate. Can this be fixed?
Yes, absolutely! We do our best to accurately describe our Websites of the Day, but we’re not perfect. If we’ve misrepresented your site somehow please email the correct information to robert@wastemoretimeonline.com and well update the post as soon as possible.
My site has been featured but I don’t want the extra publicity and traffic. Can you remove it?
Yes. We might think you’re a little crazy for not wanting the free publicity but if you really don’t want your site featured you can send an email to robert@wastemoretimeonline.com and we will remove it as soon as possible.
My site has been featured and I want to brag about it! Is there some sort of badge I can display on my site to indicate that it has been featured as Waste More Time Online’s Website of the Day?
